Delivery Policy

Order Processing

All orders are reviewed and confirmed before production or dispatch. Standard products are processed promptly, while custom-made stainless steel items may require additional production time depending on the project specifications.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Products: 1–5 business days (subject to stock availability).
• Custom Fabrication Projects: Delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation based on the complexity of the project.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Locations

We deliver across Kenya and can arrange deliveries to selected East African destinations upon request.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on:

• Delivery location
• Size and weight of the order
• Special handling requirements

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies, please notify our team immediately before signing the delivery confirmation.

Return Policy

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for standard products if:

• The item received is incorrect.
• The product is defective due to manufacturing faults.
• The product arrives damaged during transportation.
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they have a confirmed manufacturing defect:

• Custom-fabricated stainless steel products
• Made-to-order items
• Products manufactured according to customer specifications
• Items that have been installed, altered, or misused after delivery

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.
2. Provide clear photographs of the product if it is damaged or defective.
3. Wait for return authorization before sending the item back.
4. Once approved, our team will provide return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds and Replacements

After inspecting the returned item, we will:

• Replace defective or incorrect products where applicable.
• Repair eligible products when possible.
• Issue a refund where replacement or repair is not feasible and the return qualifies under this policy.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch begins. Once production has started for custom fabrication projects, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and any costs already incurred may be deducted where applicable.
