At Prime Stainless Steel Master, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality stainless steel products and fabrication services. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged during delivery.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Prime Stainless Steel Master.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

  • Custom-fabricated stainless steel products.

  • Made-to-order items.

  • Products manufactured according to customer-approved specifications.

  • Products that have been installed, modified, damaged through misuse, or improperly handled after delivery.

  • Clearance or special-order items, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Where applicable, include clear photographs showing the product and the defect or damage.

  4. Wait for return authorization before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Inspection of Returned Products

Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it to verify:

  • The reported defect or damage.

  • The condition of the product.

  • Eligibility under this policy.

You will be informed of the outcome as soon as the inspection is completed.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The product cannot be replaced.

  • The product cannot be repaired.

  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances within our control.

Delivery charges and installation fees may not be refundable unless the error was caused by Prime Stainless Steel Master.

6. Replacements

Where appropriate, we may replace:

  • Incorrectly supplied products.

  • Products with confirmed manufacturing defects.

  • Products damaged during delivery.

Replacement products will be supplied as soon as reasonably possible, subject to stock availability or production schedules.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders for standard products may be cancelled before dispatch.

Custom fabrication orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, cancellation may not be possible, and costs already incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting products upon delivery.

  • Reporting any visible damage or shortages immediately.

  • Providing accurate delivery information.

  • Following recommended care and maintenance instructions for stainless steel products.

9. Limitation of Liability

Prime Stainless Steel Master's liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of eligible products in accordance with this policy. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or installation of our products.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
